Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather delays, carrier issues).

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. If available, shipping times and rates will vary by destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• It must be in the original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please contact us at returns@neutraterra.com. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we will cover return shipping.

• If the return is for other reasons (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
